Key Suites

We are proud to offer the Key Suites for your luxe STAY in Helper, UT.  The renovations of this building were completed in 2023.  The units are located above the restored Helper State Bank and Helper Drug Co. These fabulous apartments are in the second story of this historic building offering amazing views of Main Street and the railyard.  This section of the buildings once housed the first telephone exchange in Helper!  Over time the space operated as office space for a variety of professional uses and then later apartments.  Later when the entire property underwent a massive remodel in the 70's the upstairs was completely sealed off for nearly 50 years!  We have restored the original facade of the buildings and updated the space with retro inspired appliances, comfortable furnishings, and clean bathrooms for your luxurious stay in downtown Helper.  We have highspeed wi-fi, heating and air units in each space, so that you can have all the amenities of a new building but kept the charm and character of a historic property. Enjoy a good conversation and the fresh air from the rooftop patio.
