We are thrilled to soon unveil the upcoming **Newhouse Hotel**, a vibrant artist cooperative and multifunctional event, workshop, retreat space, & boutique set to open its doors in June 2024. Nestled in a beautifully renovated setting, the Newhouse Hotel is poised to become a hub of creativity, learning, and celebration.

**Join Our Cooperative:** We are on the lookout for passionate artists and creators interested in joining our cooperative, contributing their talents, and helping to animate our space daily. Whether you're an artist looking to sell your creations or someone eager to assist with the operational aspects of our space, we welcome you to join our community.

- **Artistic Haven:** Our space is designed to showcase artwork against the backdrop of gorgeous brick walls, creating an inspiring environment for artists and visitors alike.

- **Dynamic Event Space:** Equipped with a functional bar and performance area, the venue is perfect for hosting poetry readings, open mic nights, and a variety of cultural events.

- **Accommodation:** The hotel features nine beds beds, including both suites and standard rooms, catering to visitors and artists alike.
